Thursday, September 27, 2007 - 11:00pm Democratic Candidates Fail Miserably The Democratic presidential candidates took the stage last night in New Hampshire in what can only be described as a disgraceful display of incompetence and waffling. When the leading candidates were asked if they would remove combat troops from Iraq by 2013, not one of them said they would. Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John Edwards all failed to state they would withdraw troops from Iraq by the end of their first term.
Are these people complete idiots?!? You can't withdraw all the troops within four years?!? Are you kidding me? I could single-handedly drive every last soldier across the border into Kuwait in less than four years.
These are the future leaders of our country? What a disappointment! I would expect such answers from Hillary Clinton because she can't offer an opinion on anything, but Obama and Edwards followed her into nothingness.
Herein lies the problem with the Democratic party. They try so hard to get to the middle to not offend anyone, but at the end of day, you have no idea where they stand. It is not only true for Hillary, Obama, and Edwards but also for John Kerry, Al Gore, and Bill Clinton. They all have to look at a poll before they tell you what they think.
If these morons can't get us out of Iraq after four years in office, none of them deserve your vote. I can't believe they all offered up answers like that. They should all quit and go home right now and not waste our time. Political Critic - political blog, conservatives, liberals, democrats, republicans, blog, political opinion. |
