Robert Doisneau 2011 Calendars

One of the most prolific and creative reporting photographers of France in the past hundred years was Robert Doisneau.  Born in 1912, he rose to prominence in the 1940's and 1950's.  The 2011 Robert Doisneau calendar displays a dozen black and white shots from his hand.  His most recognizable photo was of a couple kissing on a busy Paris street.  The identity of the couple was unknown until Doisneau was forced to reveal that he had hired actors to pose for the picture.  Le baiser de l'hotel de ville can be seen in this Robert Doisneau 2011 calendar.  Doisneau passed away on April 1st, 1994 in Paris, France, where much of his work was done.
