The San
Francisco Giants of the National League west make their home
at AT&T Park, formerly known as Pac Bell and SBC Park.
Situated on the China Basin (or McCovey Cove), the stadium
opened for business in 2000 after a construction cost of
$357 million. The result is seen in the 2013 AT&T Park
- San Francisco calendar above. It is often considered
the best ballpark in all of Major League Baseball. The
views of the water are spectacular in this AT&T Park
2013
calendar. In some photos, you can even spot the San
Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge. The Giants made the
World Series in 2002 and hosted three games at this
illustrious field. AT&T Park was also the site of the
2007 MLB All-Star game. |
