The
second oldest park in all of baseball is Wrigley Field.
It opened in 1914 and originally had a seating capacity of a
mere 14,000. By 2007, that had been boosted to 41,118.
The 2013 Wrigley Field calendar shows you some breathtaking
views of the field, the outside sign, and the city skyline.
The two classic features of the park were the lack of lights
and the ivy on the outfield wall. All games at Wrigley
Field were played during the day until August 9, 1988.
It seems like yesterday that lights were installed, but it
has now been nearly 20 years. The Wrigley Field 2013
calendars show many views. You will not miss a single
angle with these color photos. |
