Angry Little Girls 2013 Calendars

The
cartoon and comic strip "Angry Little Girls" was the
brainchild of Lela Lee. Lee originally created Kim,
the Angry Little Asian Girl while she was attending school
in the mid-1990's and these Angry Little Girls 2013
calendars are spawned from that. Lela, a Korean
American, was upset that a number of cartoons depicted
minorities and others in a negative light and Angry Little
Girls became a manifestation of her anger. The 2013 Angry Little
Girls calendar is a humorous look at a group of different
girls. Lela Lee has also acted in a number of movies
and television shows. She recently appeared on the
show "Scrubs" and had a role in the movie "Better Luck
Tomorrow". |
