The Far Side 2009 Calendars

Another
great comic strip that ran in the 20th century was The Far
Side. From 1980 to 1995, The Far Side brought humor
and satire to homes around the country. It would often
talk about political and social events as well as the
meaning of life. These 2009 Far Side Scared Silly calendars touch on
both of those issues, as they feature animals discussing the
ways and means of the world. Gary Larson was the
creator of this strip and his style is seen throughout The
Far Side 2009 calendars. Lar10n was born in 1950 in
Washington states and retired at the age of 45, which
coincided with the end of The Far Side. Despite the
lack of new humor, the comic strip continues. |
