A
mixture of alcohol with milk, sugar, ice, fruit juice,
bitters, soda, herbs, cream or any combination thereof is
called a cocktail. The term was coined back in the
year 1806 in a New York publication. Today, we have
the 2013 Cocktails calendar, which shows you how to make
over a dozen different drinks. From a martini to a
pina colada to a Manhattan, there is something for everyone
to enjoy. If you've forgotten the ingredients for a
certain mixed drink, just refer to this Cocktails 2013
calendar. Traditional cocktails have been making a
comeback in the last few decades as beer and wine bars give
way to cocktail bars. The term has not always been
used in a positive manner in relation to drinks. A
Molotov cocktail is the phrase used to describe a
rudimentary bomb with gasoline and a rag. However,
more often than not, a cocktail refers to any mixed drink. |
