An
animated cartoon program that began running in Japan in 2002
is called Full Metal Alchemist. The story revolves
around two brothers who attempt to bring their dead mother
back from the great beyond. They succeed in doing so,
but each of them loses part of themselves. In the 2010
Full Metal Alchemist calendar, you can see what they have
transformed into. One brother has a robotic arm and
leg and one loses his entire soul and must be set around a
suit of armor. That is the original premise to Full
Metal Alchemist and as you can see from the 2010 calendars, they
use these new bodies to go on their journey. |
