in 2001 by Bertram van Munster and Elise Dognari, The
Amazing Race pits teams against each other as they race
around the globe competing in different competitions.
The modes of transportation to get the contestants around
are boats, taxis, planes, trains, automobiles, and their own
two feet. The 2013 Amazing Race calendar checks out
the various locales the contestants travel. In
addition, The Amazing Race has expanded into other
international versions. There is now an Asia, Central
Europe, Brazil, Israel, and Latin America versions of the
same program. Pictures seen in the Amazing Race 2013
calendar come from many of these regions. It is also
syndicated in Bulgaria, China, Poland, Vietnam, and
elsewhere. |
