Tikkun magazine provides commentary from a Jewish view on society and politics. For example, the most recent news coming out of Israel is the removal of settlers from the Gaza Strip. In mid-August, all settlers must leave and go to either temporary housing or somewhere else in the country. The political ramifications of this news are tremendous, and Tikkun magazine is there to report on it. In fact, Israel has asked the United States for billion of dollars to help with the transition.
