Muhammad Ali Posters

Born Cassius Clay Jr. in 1942, he was an American heavyweight boxer who rose to fame in the 1960's against the backdrop of racism and segregation.  He fought 61 times in his career, winning 56 of them.  He won the heavyweight title three times and is considered by many to be the greatest heavyweight boxer to ever live.  At the time he became famous, there was much political unrest in America and he was front and center of it all.  His activism was very well-known.  He changed his name to Muhammad Ali because he joined the Nation of Islam in 1966.  In 1982, after he retired, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.  More than 20 years later, he is still alive and living with the illness.
