Below is a surfing poster entitled G'Day Mate, by Scott Westmoreland. This G'Day Mate poster shows an odd, old car driving past a number of surf boards and a lighthouse to get to the beach.
It is a common phrase in Australia as a form of good afternoon. |

This fine art print by Scott Westmoreland is one of our more popular. It shows a relaxing day at the beach, with the car making it's way past the boards.
The car pictured is an old one, with wood siding all over
it. It has a big spare tire attached to the rear.
It is a far more common vehicle in Australia than in
America. The lighthouse is off in the distance and a
number of surfboards are lined up against a small fence.
The grass to the right has grown to tall proportions and
obstructs the beautiful view of the ocean. The sand,
however, is so smooth, that a car is able to drive right
over it. |
