One of
the most magnificent golf courses in the world, Pebble Beach
sits on the Monterey Peninsula in Northern California.
The Pebble Beach golf course is home to the PGA Pebble Beach Pro-Am and is in the rotations for the U.S. Open.
The design of the course came from Douglas Grant and Jack
Neville. Before the start of the 1992 United States
Open, Jack Nicklaus made some changes to the Pebble Beach
course, including the 4th, 5th, and the 7th greens you see
before you. It is a public course, so anyone can golf
on it during the course of the year. However, it is
extremely expensive. Pebble Beach typically costs $425 to play
18 holes of golf, not including the golf carts. |
