Learn some of the basic rules and regulations of the game with this large print. The first thing it tells you is that if you unsure of your
hand, have someone read it for you. Wait until all the
betting is over before you show it to someone or they may
take you for a ride. Then it instructs you to bet in
turn, allowing others in front of you to wager first; then
you do not want to show your fold cards and you do not want
to bend the cards. You also don't want to go rabbit
hunting by flipping over someone else's cards. Other
advice is to not splash the pot, making a bet in a quick
manner, and paying for your mistakes. The Poker House
Rules poster is great to post up when the boys get together
to play. It is the accepted etiquette for playing. |
