Pink Floyd was one of the great rock and roll bands of the 1970's. They
formed in 1965 and the band members were Richard
Wright, Nick Mason, Roger Waters, and David Gilmour.
Their best two albums were "The Dark Side of the
Moon", depicted by the third girl from the left, and
"The Wall", depicted by the second girl from the
right. The group was led by Syd Barrett in the
early years from 1965-1968, but he had been taking
many drugs such as LSD and his mental health
declined. His behavior was completely
unpredictable and the rest of the group had to go on
without him. From then on, Roger Waters led
the way until the breakup in 1985.
