The Rolling Stones are a British rock band that was formed in 1962. It's members are Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, and Ron Wood. The Rolling Stones are arguably the most successful rock band of the 20th century. They started to hit it big in the late 1960's with singles like "I Can't Get No Satisfaction, "Under My Thumb", and "Mother's Little Helper".
The two Rolling Stones t-shirts are immensely popular and
iconic. Like most rock bands, the Rolling Stones were very heavily into drugs. Band member Brian Jones was forces out of the band after a long bout with drugs. However, Keith Richards also had major drug problems. Years later, the Rolling Stones are still performing around the world and selling out all of their concerts. In February of 2006, they performed in front of 1.2 million people at a free concert in Brazil. It was their largest audience ever. The Rolling Stones remain immensely popular across many generations of fans. |
