martial arts activity known as karate involves punching,
kicking, and using a variety of open hand techniques in
order to defend or attack someone. There are six
common types and they are Kyokushinkai, Wado-ryu, Gojo-ryu,
Shotokan, Shito-ryu, and Shorin-ryu. The karate
