A town
on the edge with the State of Indiana is the small community
of Henderson. The Kentucky town is home to a mere
27,000, but when combined with Evansville, Indiana, it
balloons to a third of a million. The Henderson
t-shirts can also be used to represent the flourishing city
in Nevada, which is just outside of Las Vegas. The
Kentucky version was the home of John James Audubon, the
famous naturalist and ornithologist. Both white
Henderson t-shirts offer strength to the native land.
In music, W.C. Handy, the Father of the Blues, also lived in
Henderson. He is a legend in music circles and spent
about ten years here. |
