Framer is the mayor of this suburb of Memphis called Jackson
that is in western Tennessee. The capital of
Mississippi that shares the same name is not far away, but
this town has a diverse population with a near even
distribution of blacks and whites. The Jackson
t-shirts don't show the Tennessee name, so they can be used
for the Mississippi capital as well. About 17% of the
population is under the poverty level in Jackson. That
is one out of every six residents. The Jackson
t-shirts give moral support to the city. The current
definition of the poverty line is dependent on a number of
factors, including the number of persons in your unit.
