On the
island of Maui in the State of Hawaii is the little tropical
community of Kihei. The twelve square mile town is
made up of 48% White, 25%, Asian, 8% Pacific Islander, and
the remainder a combination of other ethnicities. The
Kihei t-shirts are classics designed for hundreds of cities
across the United States. This spot on the western
shores of Maui is not frequented often by tourists despite
the breathtaking views. Instead, Kihei is home to a
meager 18,600 people, of which a third are children.
The teenagers would love these Kihei t-shirts as many can
feel the love. Approximately 10% of the population is
underneath the poverty level, a number below the national
average but still too high. |
