The
bayou state, sportsman's paradise, sugar state, and child of
the Mississippi are all nicknames for the southern State of
Louisiana. With Baton Rouge as the capital and now
replacing New Orleans (temporarily) as the largest city,
this place has it all. The Louisiana t-shirts focus on
the girls, who are the most beautiful you'll ever lay eyes
on. The highest elevation is Driskill Mountain at a
low 535 feet, while the lowest is New Orleans at eight feet
below sea level. The other Louisiana t-shirts are made
there or claim to be and give moral strength to the
struggling community. The state has not been the same
since Hurricane Katrina came ashore on August 29, 2005 and
ravaged the city of New Orleans and the surrounding region.
Over 1,500 people in Louisiana died from that storm as it
flooded nearly the entire city of New Orleans. In the
eighteen months since, much has gone in to helping New
Orleans, Louisiana recover, but it will take years. |
