The
pine tree state in the northern corner of New England is the
great State of Maine. Since it shares much of its
border with the French speaking province of Quebec, there
are some sections that speak French first and English
second. The Maine t-shirts project a sense of wanting
to be there in the tranquil area as opposed to busier cities
and states. It is the only contiguous state that
borders only one other American state (New Hampshire).
The girl Maine t-shirts are fitted and allow locals to show
off their assets. In the cold country, it is also sold
as a sweatshirt. Maine is one of two states that
has two female United States Senators. California is
the other. Republicans Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins
have represented the state since 1995 and 1997,
respectively.
