The
city to the northeast of Providence is the city of
Pawtucket, Rhode Island, a town incorporated as recently as
1954. The most significant landmark here is McCoy
Stadium, home of the PawSox, the minor league ball club of
the Boston Red Sox. These Pawtucket t-shirts will
immediately remind all fans of the AAA affiliate of the Sox.
The city itself is the world headquarters for Hasbro, the
toy manufacturer. Residents seem to love it here and
these Pawtucket t-shirts back up that sentiment.
Unfortunately, 17% of the population of Pawtucket, Rhode
Island is underneath the poverty level. Much like the
rest of the state, income levels are a significant issue.
The local government has been unable to even reduce the
