In York
County in northern South Carolina is the city of Rock Hill.
The suburb of Charlotte is only twenty seven miles outside
the North Carolina city and has benefited from the booming
real estate market. The Rock Hill t-shirts give some
love to the South Carolina community that is often forgotten
as being part of Charlotte. Winthrop University, which
recently made the NCAA men's basketball tournament (March
Madness) and advanced to the second round, is located in
Rock Hill, South Carolina. York Technical College and
Clinton Junior College are the other two higher education
schools. You'll likely see many of these Rock Hill
t-shirts around campus as t-shirts are the uniform of choice
in this hot climate. The South Atlantic Conference
(SAC) headquarters is also in Rock Hill. It represents
NCAA Division II schools.
