The
port, ratchet, and river city are just three of the
nicknames used to describe the southern city of Shreveport.
The Louisiana city is in the northwest corner of the state
and was fortunately spared the intense destruction that
Hurricane Katrina did to other parts of the state. The
Shreveport t-shirts help re-energize the community spirit of
the town that has taken in many Katrina evacuees. It
is now ranked third in Louisiana behind Baton Rouge and New
Orleans. Katrina forced people out of New Orleans and
for a time, Shreveport held more residents. These
Shreveport t-shirts are sold in hoodies, tracksuits, fitted
shirts and more, so there is something for everyone in this
northern Louisiana town. If visiting, be sure to cross
the Red River on the Texas Street Bridge. It has a
